The Gallery Trust Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall management of the Trust and all of its academies. The Orion Academy Rapid Improvement Board (RIB) is a committee of The Gallery Trust Board of Trustees. It is accountable to the Board and is composed of three trustees and an educational specialist. Members of Trust and Orion Academy staff attend in an advisory capacity. The main functions of the RIB are determined by the needs of the school on its journey of improvement. The Chair of the Rapid Improvement Board is Mrs J Tridgell, who can be contacted via the Orion Academy Office.
