Six Characteristics of Character Development and our Pledge

Six Characteristics

At Orion we celebrate and reward six characteristics that we believe will support our students to become successful members of our school family and develop them to thrive in their lives as positive active citizens of their communities. Each day, each hour we look to empower our students to understand what these characteristics look and feel like. They are rewarded though postcards that build up to end of term and academic year rewards. We track the rewards on our Every Orion Student Matters tracker so we can ensure we can support the development for each and everyone of our students.

Our Pledge to all our students

We strive at Orion to provide our students with the following opportunities to build their cultural capital. We are committed to our student pledge that is aimed to ensure all our students have the opportunity to achieve, experience and learn from.
